Delivery Time:

Shipping Fees:

Additional charges may be assessed based on each individual order. You will be contacted personally with any shipping charge changes that may occur on your order that differ from the calculated shipping at checkout. Reasons for shipping charge changes include, but aren't limited to:

• Oversize Shipments - Multiple Pallets
• Residential Addresses
• International Shipments

Accepting Delivery:

Our ground carrier of choice is UPS. Some items may ship via motor freight. If any item is clearly damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about any item being damaged or missing, you MUST do the following:

• Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
• Do not refuse delivery
• Keep your copy of the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours at 1-800-526-8224
• Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
• Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging

If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any way on the delivery receipt, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages. By signing your name on the delivery receipt without noting any damages, you are stating that you have received your shipment in acceptable/good condition.

Returns:

Returns for Rugged Trash Receptacles may be authorized up to 30 days from delivery of goods. Authorized returns are subject to a re-stocking fee. Customer will be responsible to pay for shipping the goods. Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization, in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
