Nylon Flags are crafted using aniline-dyed, 100% heavyweight 200-denier nylon bunting. Nylon material is fast drying and treated to resist fading; flies in the slightest breeze. Finished with white poly/cotton header.
Polyester Flags are made using 2-ply, 100% polyester bunting. The open weave construction reduces wind resistance, increasing flag life. The Poly-Max™ material is extremely durable and ideal for commercial applications and high wind areas. Finished with white poly-cotton header.
Embroidered Stars - 12' x 18' and smaller flags come standard with embroidered white stars.
Appliqued Stars - 15' x 25' and larger flags have opaque white nylon stars with zigzag stitching throught.
Headers are made with a heavy-duty, white cotton/polyester blend army duck cloth.
Rope Thimble - 8' x 12' and larger flags include plated steel rope thimbles. Thimbles are attached to white rope used a triple-crimped rope sleeve. The length of the rope is sewn into the header to stabilize its position and prevent bunching.
Grommets are solid brass. They are spaced evenly throughout the length of the header. All flags have #2 rolled rimmed grommets with tooth washer.
Grommet Reinforcement - 8' x 12' and larger flags include a heavy-duty plastic reinforcement sleeve at each grommet location.
Corner Patches - 10' x 15' and larger flags include a 2-ply corner patch sewn into each header corner.
