By signing your name on the delivery receipt without noting any damages, you are stating that you have received your shipment in acceptable/good condition.
Returns:
Lil' Drug Store Counter Display & Refill Boxes are non-returnable. Some exceptions may apply. For product returns, you may use the carrier of your choice, if items are unused, not expired and in the original packaging. Any return where the packaging/product is damaged, not in resellable condition or which requires repackaging, is subject to a restock fee. If the product is returned and has expired, there will be no refund. - Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
- Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging
