Entering Room Numbers & Quantities:

For quantities that are the same per number:
ex: 10 each of rooms 101-112; 114-122; 124; 128, etc.

For quantities that are different per number:
ex: 10 each of rooms 101-108; 7 each of rooms 114-122; 5 each of room 124, etc.

Postage Guarantee Symbol

Designed for properties that utilize key tags with their room entry keys. If the key tag contains a valid and verifiable USPS address and a former guest takes the tag and drops it into any USPS mailbox, the key tag will be returned to the property. Postage fees do apply.

The postage guarantee can still be printed on the key tag if you do not have a shipping address or PO box listed in the imprint field.

Stock Message Symbols

Customers that are purchasing a 2 sided key tag with the stock message symbol - Add $5 setup + $.49 per key tag. Charges are added after the order has been placed.

Customers purchasing just the stock message symbol on the key tag with no other text, $.98 per key tag price would apply (1 sided).

The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 weeks from time of order.

Shipping Fees:

Additional charges may be assessed based on each individual order. You will be contacted personally with any shipping charge changes that may occur on your order. Reasons for shipping charge changes include, but aren't limited to:

• International Shipments
