The perfect answer for uniform slicing of fresh vegetables and fruits for salad bars, sandwiches, pizza toppings. Adjustable stainless steel blade slices from 1/16" to a full 1/2". (Model N552A only). Optional shredding plates attach easily to shred cabbage, cheese, carrots, potatoes and other fruits and vegetables. Specify slice thickness for fixed models–1/16", 3/16" or 1/4". Optional shredder discs allow for easy shredding of cheese, vegetables, etc.
