Durable powder coated steel provides practical litter control. Pole/Wall-Mounted models include a strapping kit for poles up to 12" in diameter. Free Standing model meets larger-volume litter control requirements and has chain holes for securing to a fixed object. Retainer bands secure poly bags neatly inside the receptacle. Drain holes prevents water accumulation.
